Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Please allow 1–5 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Processing includes preparing, checking, and packing your items.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipping Times

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 4–11 business days.

Processing and shipping are separate, so the estimated total time from placing your order to delivery is 5–16 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier disruptions, holidays, weather, or customs inspections, where applicable, may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Any applicable shipping charges are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before completing your order.

If you notice an error, contact shop@fonduli.com immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once processing has begun. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent because an incorrect address was provided.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact shop@fonduli.com with your order number so we can investigate.

If we cannot ship within our stated processing period, we will notify you, provide a revised estimate, and offer cancellation and a refund as required by applicable law.

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, check with household members, neighbors, and your carrier, then contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
